DAY 8- WATER-ONLY FAST Yesterday I felt a little airy and felt like my whole body was vibrating. It kind of felt good yet different. I’ve done many fasts before so those feelings are expected and welcome! Yesterday my ketones were 6.9 and my blood sugar went down to 65 from 72 on Saturday. Physically... progress! I weighed 126.6 lbs. I will check out my stats later today. Today on day 8 I feel really good and super energized! I already did my 5:30am Essentrics, and continue to hydrate with my hydroxy bubbled water and breath the healing gas!! I am absolutely loving feeling connected to Source! What a gift from the Divine!! Going into my Akashic Records is the most incredible and wonderful feeling!! I am eternally grateful!!! 🙏❤️ What you see on my forehead is Dr. Patrick Flanagan’s Neurophone. . The following taken from an article by Eddy Taylor, Electro-Agricultural researcher: “The Neurophone is really an electronic telepathy machine. Several tests prove that it bypasses the 8th cranial nerve or hearing nerve and transmits sound directly to the brain. This means that the Neurophone stimulates perception through a 7th or Alternate Sense!" The Neurophone causes both sides of the brain to pulse in harmony creating an environment which is ideal for learning. It also tends to balance all the acupuncture meridians.” It truly does soooo mucho more! It helps me meditate, learn, retain what I learn (especially when I get wobbly with the fast) and feel a frequency that brings me closer to Source and Mother Nature. DAY 7 - WATER-ONLY FAST Yesterday I was moving slowly. I got my Essentrics in early by 5:30 am but felt a little dizzy. Autophagy and ketosis are definitely taking place and my body is healing. My ketones were 4.6 and my blood sugar 72 Today on day 7 I feel good but a little airy, kind of like I’m vibrating. I’m excited to see where this leads me this round. I don’t know how long I’ll go but being in ketosis with autophagy happening, this feels good! Going into my Akashic Records this morning was wonderful!! I am feeling very connected to Source/God/Universe. And the information downloaded is the most amazing advice for what I need now! It’s so wonderful having your spiritual advisors always on hand at your beck and call. They are always there to uplift you, cheer you on and show you how much value your being to the world and to show the most amazing level of compassion for you!! What a gift! I haven’t done my Essentrics yet but I will be doing a long walk with my daughter in about an hour! I love being with @thisislynnette . We enjoy each other immensely!!! I’ll get Essentrics in later if I have the strength. This is a time to rest as much as possible so that the body can spend its energy on healing me. I will edit this later so if you’re interested, check back in later to see my stats. I can tell you that I was 126.6 lbs. this morning. But as to blood sugar and ketones, I couldn’t get my machine to work correctly for some reason. Argh! DAY 5 I’m loving my reason for fasting which is to reconnect with Source/Universe. I have felt so disconnected lately and ending this 5th day of my water-only fast, I am feeling reconnected. 🙏 I am using the Akashic Records to guide me in my journey. The Masters, Teachers and Loved Ones in the Akasic Records have showered me with love and compassion and I am truly grateful. They love us soooo incredibly mucho and we can never do any wrong. Even when we make “bad” choices, they call it an experience and lift us and encourage us to continue being the best we can be and encourage us to always ask for their guidance. It is a beautiful uplifting and empowering experience! Doing the Essentrics 30-Day Challenge is fantabulous!! While I started my day feeling a bit weak today, after doing my Essentrics this afternoon, I was energized and felt inspired and limber. It is such a wonderful practice!! I got 3 out of the 4 to-dos for my biz done ✅ and it felt soooooo good to ✔️ them off my list! Are you practicing self-care? What are you doing for yourself? #akashicrecords #spiritualjourney

Love making my own ferments! These fermented veggies are so tasty 😋 and filled with awesome probiotics. I used some extra probiotics from #livingstreamsmission this round. 🌱 😋 Do you ferment foods? What’s your favorite?
My percolation for connective tissue regrowth and support plus pain mgmt (Solomon’s Seal and Jamaican Dogwood bark +) is coming along famously. I totally forgot to pre-moisten my plant 🌱 material beforehand so I was a little concerned. But... I got up this morning and I’m watching it do it’s amazing job!! Tastes perfect and it’s dripping away into the jar (maybe a tad too quickly but I’ll take it!). This will make a 5:1 tincture, 500 ml. 🌱 🌞 I love my beautiful wonderful plants and am grateful for all the healing they do for us! #plants #herbalist @mountainroseherbs
Roasted butternut soup with Dr. Cowan’s Garden veggies sprinkled and stirred in. The three I used here are Leek Powder, Threefold Blend (carrots, beets, Swiss chard 🥬, kale, winter squash), and Three Beet Powder. All organic and grown for a very high nutrient profile. One teaspoon is all you need. So yummersville! #drcowansgarden
Happy New Year!!! 2020 will be all about perfect vision into your own life!! Live it fully!!! 🥳 👯‍♂️ Edit- This is a tradition in my hubby’s family. These are called Bird’s nests. A white gravy is poured over the top and for the meat eaters, sausage is served with the breakfast. I’m primarily plant-based but I do find these to be beautiful!
